Safari Inn takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via website, it is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number and/or social security number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing.'

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservations specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Deposit Policy: Credit card info is required to make a reservation. The entire balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Reservations cancelled after 4:00 PM will be charged 100 percent of the first night's rate.

No-Show Policy: No- shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay

Check-In: Check-in begins at 11:00 AM.

Check-Out: Check-out ends at 1:00 PM

Late Check-Out: Late checkouts may be available upon request.

Pet Policy: We accept pets in some of our double queen rooms. We ask that you please contact the hotel before your stay so that we can make arrangements to accommodate your pet. There is a $10 per stay fee when traveling with pets. Any violation of this policy will result in the addition to your reservation of a $100.00 cleaning charge, and subsequent charge to your credit card.

Smoking Policy: Is a smoke free property. However, outdoor designated smoking areas are available. Please ask for additional information upon check-in. Any violation of this policy will result in the addition to your reservation of a $100.00 cleaning charge, and subsequent charge to your credit card.

Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
